Say No to GMO

 

Monsanto is the biggest company that most of America hasn’t heard of.  Alongside with Bayer, Dow Chemical Company, DuPont and Syngenta.  Yet they have their hands in practically every product you have in your kitchen.  A majority of the food you eat is altered.  Acting as perhaps the largest bully in the world, Monsanto pushes its way into anywhere they want to be.  They understand lobbying and bribery very well, after all they have been in business for about a century now.

 

They spent so many years covering up the effects of their products that our food industry is basically run by the largest chemical company. Coming from the same people that brought you Agent Orange, DDT, Bovine Growth Hormones, Aspartame and PCBs.  They persisted that those chemicals were safe, and it wasn’t until later years that we found that wasn’t the truth.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Yet, these top executives of these companies won’t even consume their own products.  What does that say about how safe they are??  It's so important to become more informed and know exactly what you are eating and feeding your family.

 

So what are GMO products doing to us?  Well for starters in animal studies, it has shown accelerating aging, organ damage, immune system disorders and infertility.  They contaminate other crops and dominate, making it nearly impossible for pure organic foods to stay that way.  We are stamping our future food industry with this chemically modified product with no “undo” button.  They are only forcing the use of more herbicides since the weeds are becoming more resistant.

 

Are you aware that the US Food & Drug Administration doesn’t require a single safety study, labeling of these ingredients, or notifying the agency when they market and sell these products?  The FDA takes Monsanto’s word that GMOs are completely safe, with no questions asked.  This is coming from the same people that told us PCBs, DDT, and Agent Orange were perfectly safe.  So now we are all supposed to let Monsanto tell us yet another harmful product is ok to consume?

 

Monsanto has been a chemical company, producing soaps and detergents, plastics, pesticides and herbicides, synthetic fabics, atomic and nuclear weapons, rubber, phosphates, urethane foam, silicon, astroturf, cyclamate, Agent Orange, and rBGH (Recombinant bovine growth hormone). Do you want them messing with our food?

 

Is it not suspicious that in a majority of other countries, this is completely illegal and not GMO products are allowed to be sold?  It’s very obvious that the FDA supports Monsanto to support its own financial needs and the safety of the public is not relevant.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

When it comes down to it, the long terms affects and the sort of risk that we will be dealing with are not clear.  We are producing “Franken Foods” that are unnatural.  We should be worried about the results of the new allergens, increased toxicity, decreased nutrition, and antibiotic resistance foods.
