Natural Facial & Body Scrubs

 

 

 

Almond Foot Scrub

  • 1 ounce ground almonds

  • 1 teaspoon clear honey

  • 2 teaspoons walnut or sunflower oil

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Sugar Scrub

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp olive or coconut oil

  • 1 drop of your favorite essential oil

Oatmeal Scrub

  • 1 cup  of ground up oatmeal

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon sweet almond oil

  • 2 tbsp regular milk

  • 1 egg white

Coffee & Cocoa Scrub

  • 1/2 cup coffee grounds, finely ground

  • 1/2 cup baking cocoa

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup honey

Peach Facial

  • 1 ripe organic peach, peeled and pitted

  • 1/2 tbsp oil. Coconut, almond or olive oil

  • 1/2 tbsp raw organic honey (warm)

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Lemon & Thyme Salt Scrub

  • lemon zest

  • almond oil

  • salt

  • thyme
